GS80 and GS120 two-roller ring-die pilger use fixed framework and ring-die long mandrel to roll long travel.

The main transmission is planetary gear structure instead of brace connecting rod to change swaying of connection rod into horizontal beeline motion which improve framework speed greatly and reduce move load effectively. Besides, feeding assembly use cam floating thread pole while rotate assembly use cam floating worm in order to realize double-feeding and double-rotating accurately. Therefore, the precision of rolling is very high. Because both billet input and output are automatic, assistant time will be reduced then rolling efficiency is advanced. The electrical control system is PLC control, so the entire rolling can be controlled automatically and work force is reduced greatly.
