QT6-15 8-15 concrete block making machine:
1) This model is a multi-purpose machine. It can manufacture wall bricks,
heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers,
road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould
2) When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force.
Directional vibration, frequency conversion,braking and cancellation
of vibration energy consumption are all controlled by computers
3) Low-frequency feeding, high-frequency vibration and template suppressing
vibration make the concrete fully lique-fied and exhausted within two to
three seconds
4) With the use of new technology, QT6-15 can produce 0.45m² blocks,
15pcs perforated bricks within 15 seconds,and QT8-15 model can produce
0.56m² blocks, 20pcs perforated bricks within 15s, notably raising
working effi-ciency
5) The model is designed with a device separating material storage and
material distribution
6) Storage is photo-elec-trically controlled and materia s are distributed as
needed
7) Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature
liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock
8) Special arch device ensures rapid and even distribution of materials,
a swinging distribution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are
evenly sent to the mould box
9) The imported electric appliances, hydraulic elements and specially made
oil box cooling system ensure fault-free operation of both controlling and
hydraulic systems
10) Use human-computer interface and Chinese menu. the parameters is
adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and
materials
